Tely Labs is seeking a Sales Administrator to support Sales Executives, Inside Sales team, and Channel partners.
This position will report to the SVP of Sales and will be based at the company headquarters in Menlo Park, California.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Update, organize and manage sales database on a continual basis
• Provide demonstration support to the channels and other resellers on camera
• Generate and distribute weekly sales reports
• Monitor and pre-screen sales leads
• Provide product information as needed to end user customers and VARs/Resellers
• Process purchase orders
• Communicate product upgrade details to end user customer, VARs/Resellers and distributors
• Fulfill demo unit requests
• Manage price lists: pricing, skus, partner skus
• Other tasks as assigned
Competitive candidates will have a college degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in the IT/Electronics industry a plus.
• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must be self directed and able to work independently
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Preferred experience with SalesForce.com
• Must have at least 2 years administrative sales support experience
